Premium Holiday. In the event that a “Premium Holiday” is declared by the County’s health plan administrator or provider in which health plan premiums are not required to be paid for a period of time, the following shall occur:
Premium Holiday. If the employer received a premium holiday(s), the employees shall not be required to pay their portion of the premium(s) for the holiday month(s).
Premium Holiday. The District agrees to place a cap on the insurance reserves of 40% of the annual premium. Any excess beyond the 40% cap will be returned to the employees in the form of a premium holiday. The District provides all part-time teachers, with an FTE of 0.5 or higher, individual insurance to cover:
Premium Holiday. In the event the Board receives a "premium holiday" for the cost of the medical/prescription coverage for a month, the employee shall also receive a "premium holiday" from his/her cost of the premium sharing for that month.
Premium Holiday. Premium holiday will be activated automatically if regular Premium due are unpaid after the grace period. The policy will continue to be in force as long as the Account value is sufficient to cover the applicable fees and policy charges due. When the Account value is insufficient to pay for the applicable fees and policy charges due, the policy including all attaching optional riders will lapse. If premium holiday is activated during the first five (5) policy years, a premium shortfall charge will be imposed and deducted from Your policy. Premium holiday will ends when you resume paying your regular Premium. Please refer to Fees and Charges section for the premium shortfall charge.
Premium Holiday. When the Board receives a premium holiday from their insurance carrier or provider, all employees required to pay a premium percentage (%) will not have to make such payment at that time. The Board will provide the Union with all documentation concerning premium holidays, at their request within three (3) working days.
Premium Holiday. In the event that a “Premium Holiday” is declared by the NCGTSF or provider in which health plan premiums are not required to be paid for a period of time, the following shall occur:
Premium Holiday. For the 2015-2016 contract year, the Corporation will pay to the WV/WCI School Trust, on behalf of all teachers participating in the medical insurance plan, all of the funds in the Corporation’s Health Insurance Fund. The amount of this contribution is $36,902.64. The effect of this contribution by the Corporation will be to reduce the teachers’ obligations to pay the employee share of premiums for medical insurance for all teachers participating in the plan. This contribution will be in addition to the Corporation’s normal required contributions under the plan.
Premium Holiday. It is anticipated that because of the receipt of proceeds attributable to the demutualization of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company allocable to employee-paid premiums, participants in certain of the Monsanto U.S. Welfare Plans will enjoy a premium holiday for some portion of the period during which both AgCo Participants and Pharmacia Participants will be participating in those plans. AgCo and Pharmacia agree that any such premium holiday will apply to AgCo Participants and Pharmacia Participants on the same basis, without discrimination on the basis of their status as AgCo Participants or Pharmacia Participants, respectively.
Premium Holiday a. The Corporation is a member of the East Central Indiana School Trust. In the event that the Trustees of the East Central Indiana School Trust approve a premium holiday, the holiday shall be shared equitably between the Corporation and its employees that participate in medical coverage provided through the East Central Indiana School Trust. Specifically, the Corporation shall receive a credit towards the amount of premium payable under the terms of this Agreement equal to the portion of the Corporation’s normal contribution that is not paid as a result of the premium holiday.
