Premium Holiday. a. The Corporation is a member of the East Central Indiana School Trust. In the event that the Trustees of the East Central Indiana School Trust approve a premium holiday, the holiday shall be shared equitably between the Corporation and its employees that participate in medical coverage provided through the East Central Indiana School Trust. Specifically, the Corporation shall receive a credit towards the amount of premium payable under the terms of this Agreement equal to the portion of the Corporation’s normal contribution that is not paid as a result of the premium holiday.
