Common use of Preparation and Delivery Clause in Contracts

Preparation and Delivery. On or before the earlier of (1) __________________, 2005, or (2) the tenth day following the date of this Lease (such earlier date is referred to herein as the “Space Plans Delivery Deadline”), Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a space plan prepared by _____________________ or another design consultant reasonably acceptable to Landlord (the “Architect”) depicting improvements to be installed in the Premises (the “Space Plans”).

Preparation and Delivery. On or before the earlier of tenth (110th) __________________, 2005, or (2) the tenth day following the date of this Lease (such earlier date is referred to herein as the “Space Plans Delivery Deadline”), Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a space plan prepared by _____________________ or another a design consultant reasonably acceptable to Landlord (the “Architect”) depicting improvements to be installed in the Premises (the “Space Plans”).

Landlord hereby approves Cxxxxx Associates, BOKA Pxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Associates and HOK as acceptable architects hereunder.
