Preparation and Delivery. Following the date on which this Lease is fully executed by both Landlord and Tenant, Landlord shall cause to be prepared final working drawings of all improvements to be installed in the Premises and deliver the same to Tenant for its review and approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
