Common use of Preparation and Distribution of Budget Clause in Contracts

Preparation and Distribution of Budget. The Board shall annually prepare, adopt and distribute a Budget of the estimated revenues and expenses on an accrual basis. The Budget shall also set forth the current estimated replacement cost, estimated remaining life, and estimated useful life of each major component of the Common Area required to be maintained by the Association.
