Preparation for Each Auction. (a) Not later than 9:30 A.M. on each Auction Date for any series of MuniPreferred, the Auction Agent for such series shall advise the Broker-Dealers for such series by telephone of the Maximum Rate therefor and the Reference Rate(s) and Treasury Note Rate(s), as the case may be, used in determining such Maximum Rate.
