Common use of Preparation of Ballot Clause in Contracts

Preparation of Ballot. Within seven days after the deadline for filing statements of nomination has expired, each town clerk shall transmit the names of all qualified candidates to the Clerk of the New Union District elected at the organizational meeting pursuant to Article 8(B)(iv). The District Clerk shall compile the names of the qualified candidates from each town and shall prepare the ballot for use at each polling place in the New Unified District.
