TERM OF AGREEMENT/TERMINATION The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and such term and this Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier to occur of (i) the Effective Time, and (ii) the date on which the Merger Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms. Upon such termination, no party shall have any further obligations or liabilities hereunder; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, such termination shall not relieve any party from liability for any breach of this Agreement prior to such termination.
Where Term Less Than Agreement Term Where a provision of this collective agreement so provides, the provision shall be in effect for a term less than the term of the collective agreement.
Period of Agreement This Agreement shall start on _, 20 (“Effective Date”), and end on , 20_ _, at 12:00 midnight (“Listing Period”), unless the expiration date is extended in writing.
Duration of Term The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall expire at 11:58 p.m. (New York City time) on the earlier of the Expiration Date or the Termination Date, if any.
Service Term XOOM agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The term of this Contract will begin when your local utility switches your account to XOOM and will continue on a month-to-month basis as set forth in the accompanying Product Sheet.
Employment Term The term of employment under this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date and end on the third anniversary of the Effective Date, subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 3 below. The Term shall automatically renew for additional twelve (12) month periods unless no later than ninety (90) days prior to the end of the applicable Term either Party gives written notice of non-renewal (“Notice of Non-Renewal”) to the other, in which case Executive’s employment will terminate at the end of the then-applicable Term, subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 3 below.
Term of Services The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on , the date of completion specified in Exhibit A, and Consultant shall complete the work described in Exhibit A on or before that date, unless the term of the Agreement is otherwise terminated or extended, as provided for in Section 8. The time provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the City’s right to terminate the Agreement, as referenced in Section 8.
Employment Period The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date (the "Employment Period").
Term of Employment The Executive’s employment under this Agreement will commence on the date hereof and will continue for a period of one (1) year thereafter, subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 8 (the “Term”). This Agreement and the Term will be automatically renewed and extended for periods of one (1) year unless the Company or the Executive provides written notice no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Term of its or the Executive’s desire not to renew this Agreement.
Project Term The Project shall commence on the Signature Date, and shall endure for the Project Term.
