Preparation of Coordinated System Plan. Each Party agrees to assist in the preparation of a Coordinated System Plan applicable to the Parties’ systems. Each Party’s annual transmission planning reports will be incorporated into the Coordinated System Plan, however, neither Party shall have the right to veto any planning of the other Party nor shall either Party have the right, under this Article, to obtain financial compensation due to the impact of another Party’s plans or additions. The IPSAC will have an opportunity to review and comment before the Coordinated System Plan is finalized:
