Design TeamThe Design Professional represents that it has or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required in the performance of this Contract, except for personnel required to be furnished by the Owner. The Design Professional’s personnel shall not be employees of the Owner. . The Design Professional further represents that all of the services required hereunder will be performed by the Design Professional or under its supervision, or by subconsultants under its supervision, as applicable. All personnel so engaged shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized under State or local law to perform such services.
Design Team. The Architect(s) that the District designates as being the architect(s) for all or a portion of the Project, including all consultants to the Architect(s), plus all engineer(s) or other designer(s), who have a responsibility to the District to design all or a portion of the Project either directly or as a subconsultant or subcontractor.
Design Team. For the Initial Work, and as needed for Periodic Renovations, Franchisee will retain a qualified registered architect, engineer and interior designer, and based on the nature of the project, Franchisor may require that Franchisee retain other specialty consultants. Franchisee will provide Franchisor the name, address and relevant work experience on similar projects for any such Person that Franchisee proposes to retain, and Franchisor will have 30 days after receipt of such information to notify Franchisee of its election to consent or withhold its consent. Franchisor’s election to consent or withhold its consent will be based on prior experiences with such Person and such Person’s reputation and experience on similar projects. If Franchisor does not respond to Franchisee within 30 days after Franchisor’s receipt of such information, then Franchisee may retain such Person. Neither Franchisor’s failure to respond nor Franchisor’s consent to the use of such Person will be deemed an endorsement or recommendation by Franchisor. Franchisor is not liable for the unsatisfactory performance of any Person retained by Franchisee.

Design TeamThe Design Team is considered to be the Architect and all of the consultants that provide design services for a project. These design services can be rendered at any time during the project.
Design Team. Owner has a separate contract with the Design Team related to the Project. Both the CM/GC and the Design Team shall be given direction by Owner through Owner’s Authorized Representative. Design TeamThe Design Builder has prepared the Approved Plan Components. Landlord will cause the Design Builder, including KZF Design, the architect hired by the Design Builder to design the Work (the “Architect”), and the subDesign Builders for civil/sitework, structural, landscaping, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection and consultants and other professionals licensed (as may be necessary to perform such services within the jurisdiction wherein the Land is located) to prepare the New Plan Components (as hereinafter defined) in accordance with the Building Rules (as hereinafter defined) for the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, heating, ventilating and air conditioning, plumbing, civil/sitework, landscaping and fire protection, portions of the Work. Tenant shall use the Architect to prepare the Tenant Drawings.
Design TeamThe Architect/Engineer (A/E) Firm must maintain a design staff with comparable ability and experience to the staff listed in the technical proposal. If the Contractor uses a different A/E Firm than the firm included in its proposal, notify the Contracting Officer in writing of the change to the technical proposal. The reason for the change must be included in the request. This change requires approved by the Contracting Officer. The design staff must consist of the following: 1.6.1.1 Technical Design Staff The technical design staff must consist of professional architects and engineers to include general, civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers; topographic survey crew; historic architect; and associated sub professionals including technicians and instrumentation specialists (DDC, fire protection, security/intrusion detection). The professional engineers and sub professionals must be licensed as applicable.
