Prepare As-Is Airfield Alternatives Analysis – Existing Runways/Taxiways Airfield areas of focus will include runways, taxiways, RPZs, and the approach and departure surfaces associated with each runway end. Each of the three runways will be depicted with based on the appropriate Runway Design Code (RDC) as determined in the previous chapter. Design standards to be considered in the evaluation of airfield layout will include new FAA taxiway design group (TDG) standards for Groups 2, 3 and 4 and associated taxiway/taxilane geometry. It is also assumed that the Airport has more existing aircraft parking apron than required. If this is confirmed through the Master Plan Study, consideration will be given to the reduction/removal of apron not considered necessary. Additional design standard considerations may include runway to runway separation standards, runway to taxiway separation standards, Runway Safety Areas (RSAs), runway and taxiway Object Free Areas (OFAs), Obstacle Free Zone (OFZ), Threshold Siting Surfaces (TSS), land uses within RPZs, and additional runway separation standards such as distances to hold lines and aircraft parking areas.

SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
