PREPAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL RENT. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Landlord is required to pay any amount, which it is entitled to collect from the tenants of the Building, more frequently than provided for in this Lease or if the Landlord is required to prepay any such amount, the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord its portion of such amount calculated in accordance with this Lease, forthwith upon demand.
