Prerequisites of Sales. In case of any sale of the Project as authorized by this paragraph, all prerequisites to the sale shall be presumed to have been performed, and in any conveyance given hereunder all statements of facts, or other recitals therein made, as to the nonpayment of any of the obligations or as to the advertisement of sale, or the time, place and manner of sale, or as to any other fact or thing, shall be taken in all courts of law or equity as rebuttable presumptive evidence that the facts so stated or recited are true.
