Common use of Preschool Services Clause in Contracts

Preschool Services. At no cost to Operator, IPS will continue to provide preschool services in the Building in substantially the same manner as it currently provides such services in the Building. IPS may discontinue or limit its provision of such preschool services in the Building if the continued provision of such services would no longer be economically feasible for IPS or if IPS determines, in its sole discretion, that continuing to provide such services in the Building would no longer be in the best interest of IPS or students.
