MEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS. 10.1 Before making any media statements or press releases (including social media posts) regarding this Agreement and/or the Ministry’s involvement with the Project, the Recipient will consult with the Ministry, and will obtain the Ministry’s prior approval to any such statements or releases.
