Common use of Prescribed Public Holidays Clause in Contracts

Prescribed Public Holidays. An employee shall be entitled to holidays on the following days: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Australia Day, Anzac Day, King’s Birthday, Labour Day, Warrnambool Cup and Grand Final Eve Holiday.

Prescribed Public Holidays. An employee shall be entitled to holidays on the following days: : 31.1.1. New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Day and Boxing Day, ; 31.1.2. Australia Day, Anzac Day, King’s Queen's Birthday, Labour Day and Melbourne Cup Day, Warrnambool Cup and Grand Final Eve Holiday.; and

Prescribed Public Holidays. An employee shall be entitled to holidays on the following days: : 7.16.1.1 New Year's Years Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Day and Boxing Day; 7.16.1.2 The following days, as prescribed in the relevant States, Territories and Localities: Australia Day, Anzac Day, KingQueen’s Birthday, Birthday and Eight Hours Day or Labour Day, Warrnambool Cup and Grand Final Eve Holiday.; and

Prescribed Public Holidays. An employee shall be entitled to holidays on the following days: : 33.1.1 New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Day and Boxing Day, ; and 33.1.2 Australia Day, Anzac Day, King’s Queen's Birthday, ; Labour Day, Warrnambool ; and Melbourne Cup and Grand Final Eve HolidayDay.
