Prescribed Steps in Grievance Procedure. 1. Level One - An attempt shall be made to resolve any grievance in informal verbal discussions between the grievant and his immediate supervisor. Level One proceeding must occur within fifteen (15) days of the alleged violation, misinterpretation or misapplication, or within fifteen (15) days of the reasonable discovery thereof. If the immediate supervisor is unwilling or unable to meet for Level One proceedings within the prescribed time limits, the grievant may proceed to Level Two.
