Presentation of Suffolk County Payment Voucher. In order for payment to be made by the County to the Consultant for the Services, the Consultant shall prepare and present a Suffolk County Payment Voucher, which shall be documented by sufficient, competent and evidential matter.

Presentation of Suffolk County Payment Voucher. In order for payment to be made by the County to the Contractor for the Services, the Contractor shall prepare and present a Suffolk County Payment Voucher (Voucher), which shall be documented by sufficient, competent and evidential matter. Each Suffolk County Payment Voucher submitted for payment is subject to Audit at any time during the Term or any extension thereof. This provision shall survive expiration or termination of this Contract for a period of not less than seven (7) years, and access to records shall be as set forth in paragraph 31 of Exhibit 1, and paragraph 4(b) of Article II.

  • Termination for Convenience of County County may terminate this Contract at any time by providing a notice in writing to Contractor that the Contract is terminated. Said Contract shall then be deemed terminated and no further work shall be performed by Contractor. If the Contract is so terminated, the Contractor shall be paid for that percentage of the phase of work actually completed, based on a pro rata portion of the compensation for said phase satisfactorily completed at the time of notice of termination is received.
