Presentations to the Public Clause Samples
The "Presentations to the Public" clause governs how and when parties may make statements or presentations about the agreement or their relationship to external audiences. It typically outlines requirements for obtaining prior approval before making public announcements, press releases, or disclosures, and may specify exceptions for legally required disclosures. This clause helps maintain control over sensitive information and ensures that public communications are accurate and coordinated, thereby protecting the reputation and interests of all parties involved.
