Common use of Preservation and Enforcement Costs Clause in Contracts

Preservation and Enforcement Costs. Each Borrower shall, from time to time on demand of the Facility Agent, reimburse each Finance Party for all third party costs and expenses (including legal fees and any value added tax thereon) incurred in or in connection with the preservation and/or enforcement of any of the rights of such Finance Party under the Finance Documents provided that any such costs and expenses incurred in connection with the preservation of such rights are reasonable.
