Preservation and Enforcement Costs. The Parent shall, from time to time on demand of the Agent, reimburse each Finance Party for all costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred in or in connection with the preservation and/or enforcement of any of the rights of such Finance Party under the Finance Documents.
