PRESERVATION OF RIGHT AND ENTITLEMENT. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Bank’s rights and entitlement under this Agreement shall continue to remain in full force and effect and shall survive any cancellation, revocation or suspension of the Card by the Bank.
