Common use of Preservation of Trust Estate Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Trust Estate. While in possession of the Trust Estate and not in default hereunder, the Authority shall have the right at all times, as proper management of the business of the Authority may require, to alter, change, add to, repair or replace any of the property constituting a part of the Trust Estate, provided that the Authority shall, and hereby covenants at all times to, maintain and preserve the value of the Trust Estate from substantial impairment or reduction so that the security of the Bonds issued hereunder shall not thereby be substantially impaired or reduced.
