Cost of Issuance Account. The Issuer shall establish and maintain in the name of the Indenture Trustee an Eligible Deposit Account (the “Cost of Issuance Account”). The Cost of Issuance Account shall not be a Trust Account and the Noteholders shall have no interest in the amount deposited therein. The Cost of Issuance Account initially will be established as a segregated account at U.S. Bank National Association in the name of the Indenture Trustee. The Issuer shall make a deposit into the Cost of Issuance Account on the Closing Date in an amount equal to $2,693,320. Upon receipt of written instructions from the Administrator, the Indenture Trustee shall remit funds on deposit in the Cost of Issuance Account to pay the costs and expenses incurred by the Issuer in connection with issuing the Notes. Commencing 60 days after the Closing Date, the Indenture Trustee shall remit funds, if any, remaining in the Cost of Issuance Account as directed in writing by the Administrator.
Cost of Issuance Account. (a) The Trustee shall establish and maintain the Cost of Issuance Account into which the Trustee shall make such deposits, and from which the Trustee shall make such withdrawals, as herein specified. The Cost of Issuance Account shall be maintained at the Corporate Trust Office as a segregated account clearly labeled as such.
Cost of Issuance Account. Pursuant to paragraph (5) of Section 401 of the General Resolution, the Agency, upon issuance of the Bonds, shall deposit $_ to the credit of the Cost of Issuance Account for the payment of the Costs of Issuance of the Bonds. These monies shall be used in accordance with Article IV of the General Resolution.

Cost of Issuance Account. The Trustee shall establish a Cost of Issuance Account, into which shall be deposited upon delivery of a Series of Bonds, sufficient moneys to pay costs of issuance of such Series of Bonds. The Trustee shall disburse said moneys upon receipt of written authorization to pay costs of issuance executed by an Authority Representative. Any remaining moneys on deposit therein after payment in full of all costs of issuance shall be transferred by the Trustee to the Construction Fund, unless otherwise specified by Supplemental Indenture.
