Preserved Rights of Employee. This General Release does not waive or release any rights or claims that Employee may have under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act that arise after the execution of this General Release. In addition, this General Release does not prohibit Employee from challenging the validity of this General Release’s waiver and release of claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967.
