Preserved Rights of Executive. This Amendment does not waive or release any rights or claims that Executive may have under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act that arise after the execution of this Amendment. In addition, this Amendment does not prohibit Executive from challenging the validity of waiver and release of claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended.
