Common use of President and Vice Presidents Clause in Contracts

President and Vice Presidents. Unless the Board of Managers otherwise specifies, the President shall be the chief executive officer and shall have direct charge of all business operations of the Company and, subject to the control of the Board of Managers, shall have general charge and supervision of the business of the Company.
