President and Vice Presidents. The president shall be the chief executive officer of the Fund. The president shall preside at all meetings of the Investors and of the Board at which he or she is present, except as otherwise voted by the Board. Any vice president shall have such duties and powers as shall be designated from time to time by the Board or by the president.
