President and Vice Presidents. The president shall be the chief ----------------------------- executive officer and shall have direct and active charge of all business operations of the corporation and shall have general supervision of the entire business of the corporation, subject to the control of the board of directors. He shall preside at all meetings of the stockholders and of the board of directors at which he is present, except as otherwise voted by the board of directors. The president or treasurer shall execute bonds, mortgages and other contracts requiring a seal, under the seal of the corporation, except where required or permitted by law to be otherwise signed and executed and except where the signing and execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the board of directors to some other officer or agent of the corporation. Any vice presidents shall have such duties and powers as shall be designated from time to time by the board of directors or by the president.
