Common use of Presumption of Receipt Clause in Contracts

Presumption of Receipt. All communications so sent whether by messenger, mail, facsimile, electronic mail or otherwise, shall be deemed delivered and received, unless otherwise notify to USL by the Client. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the Account correctness and accuracy and to contact USL immediately with any discrepancies.
