Control of Property. Master Lessor and Landlord reserve all rights respecting the Property and Premises not specifically granted to Tenant under this Lease, including, without limitation, the right to: (a) change the name or street address of the Building; (b) designate and approve all types of signs, window coverings, internal lighting and other aspects of the Premises and its contents that may be visible from the exterior of the Premises; (c) grant any party the exclusive right to conduct any business or render any service in the Building, provided such exclusive right to conduct any business or render any service in the Building does not prohibit Tenant from any permitted use for which Tenant is then using the Premises; (d) prohibit Tenant from installing of vending or dispensing machines of any kind in or about the Premises other than those Tenant installs in the Premises solely for use by Tenant's employees; (e) close the Building after Business Hours, except that Tenant and its employees and invitees may access the Premises after Business Hours in accordance with such rules and regulations as Master Lessor may prescribe from time to time for security purposes; (f) install, operate and maintain security systems that monitor, by closed circuit television or otherwise, all persons entering or leaving the Building; (g) install and 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx 9 9/29/04 Office Lease Agreement maintain pipes, ducts, conduits, wires and structural elements in the Premises that serve other parts or other tenants of the Building; and (h) retain and receive master keys or pass keys to the Premises and all doors in the Premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, or the provision of any security-related services by Master Lessor, neither Master Lessor nor Landlord is not responsible for the security of persons or property on the Property or the Project and Master Lessor and Landlord are not and will not be liable in any way whatsoever for any breach of security not solely and directly caused by the willful misconduct of Master Lessor or Landlord, or its agents or employees.
Control of Property. Any act or neglect of any person, other than you, beyond your direction or control will not affect this coverage part. The breach of any condition of this coverage part at any one or more covered locations will not affect coverage at any covered location where, at the time of loss or damage, the breach of condition does not exist.
Control of Property. Except to the extent expressly limited herein, Landlord reserves full rights to control the Property (which rights may be exercised without subjecting Landlord to claims for constructive eviction, abatement of Rent, damages, or other claims of any kind), including more particularly the following rights:
(a) Name, Address, Access. To change the name or street address of the Property; install and maintain signs on the exterior and interior of the Property; retain at all times, and use in appropriate instances, keys to all doors within and into the Premises; grant to any Person the right to conduct any business or render any service at the Property, whether or not it is the same or similar to the use permitted Tenant by this Lease; and have access for Landlord and other tenants of the Property to any mail chutes located on the Premises according to the rules of the United States Postal Service.
Control of Property. If the Loan is to enable Borrower to acquire the Property from Third Party Indemnitor, Third Party Indemnitor represents and warrants that the Property is free from all encumbrances that could enable Third Party Indemnitor or its affiliates to control the use or ownership of the Property e.g., rights of first refusal; options to purchase or repurchase the Property; deed restrictions; or restrictive covenants such as those that limit the brand of fuel that can be sold on the Property.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, or the provision of any security-related services by Landlord, Landlord is not responsible for the security of persons or property in the Premises or otherwise on the Property, and Landlord is not and will not be liable in any way whatsoever for any breach of security not solely and directly caused by the willful misconduct of Landlord, its agents or employees.
Control of Property. Prior to the Mortgage Release Date, Indemnitors shall not record or cause to be recorded any document containing a provision that could enable any Person to control the use or ownership of the Property, such as a purchase option; repurchase option; or restrictive covenant such as one that limits the brand of fuel that can be sold on the Property.
Control of Property. The GOVERNMENTAL BODY certifies that the control, utilization and disposition of property or equipment acquired using federal funds is maintained according to the provisions of 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart D, Property Standards.
Control of Property. GRANTEE certifies that the control, utilization and disposition of property or equipment acquired using federal funds is maintained according to the provisions of OMB Circular A-102 Grants and Administrative Requirements for State and Local Governments or OMB Circular A-110 Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non-Profit Organizations, whichever is applicable.
Control of Property assumes custody or control of a material part of the Property of either Borrower, the business or operations of either Borrower or their respective Share Capital; or
