Entry into Premises. To enter the Premises at reasonable hours for reasonable purposes, including inspection and supplying cleaning service or other services to be provided Tenant hereunder, to show the Premises to current and prospective lenders, ground lessors, insurers, and prospective purchasers, tenants and brokers, at reasonable hours; and if Tenant shall abandon the Premises at any time, or shall vacate the same during the last three (3) months of the Term, to decorate, remodel, repair, or alter the Premises.
Entry into Premises. Landlord and its contractors and representatives shall have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times to perform janitorial, cleaning, security, and other services and, after reasonable verbal notice (except in the case of emergencies), to inspect the same, to make repairs, alterations and improvements, to maintain the Premises and the Building, specifically including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to make repairs, additions or alterations within the Premises to mechanical, electrical and other facilities serving other premises in the Building, to post such reasonable notices as Landlord may desire to protect its rights, to exhibit the Premises to mortgagees and purchasers, and, during the one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the expiration of the term, to exhibit the Premises to prospective tenants. In the event the Premises are vacant, Landlord may place upon the doors or in the windows of the Premises any usual or ordinary ""To Let,'' "To Lease," or "For Rent" signs. To the extent that Tenant's conduct of its business from the Premises is not materially interfered with, Tenant shall permit Landlord to erect, use, maintain and repair pipes, cables, conduit, plumbing, vents and wires, in, to and through the Premises to the extent Landlord may now or hereafter deem necessary or appropriate for the proper operation, maintenance and repair of the Building and any portion of the Premises.
Entry into Premises. Tenant will permit Landlord and its agents to enter into and upon the Leased Premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the Leased Premises or for the purpose of cleaning, repairing, altering, or improving the Leased Premises or Building, and when necessary for the purpose, Landlord may close entrances, doors, corridors, elevators, or other facilities without liability to Tenant by reason of the closure and without the action by Landlord being deemed an eviction of Tenant or to relieve Tenant from the duty of observing and performing any and all of Tenant's obligations of this Lease, so long as Landlord proceeds with reasonable diligence to make the alterations and repairs. LANDLORD AND ITS AGENTS MAY ENTER THE LEASED PREMISES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SHOWING THE LEASED PREMISES TO PROSPECTIVE TENANTS FOR A PERIOD OF 180 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE LEASE TERM, AND MAY ENTER AT ANY REASONABLE TIME TO SHOW THE LEASED PREMISES TO PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS OR LENDERS.
Entry into Premises. A member of the Police Department or a Village official will open the hall to you for your party one hour before the start of any event and will close the building after all parties have left the premises and the premises is restored, per the terms herein (Not later than one (1) hour after the end of the party).
Entry into Premises the Receiver and any person(s) duly authorized by him shall, for the purpose of exercising any of the Receiver's powers aforementioned, have the right to enter any premises where the Charged Assets or any part thereof, may for the time being be, or where they are reasonably thought to be placed, and to remain on such premises for so long as may be necessary for the Receiver or such authorized person(s) to exercise such powers as aforesaid and where any such premises belong to, or is in the control of third parties, the Chargor shall procure access to such premises for the Receiver or such authorized person(s);
Entry into Premises. Seller shall give Buyer complete and unrestricted access to the facilities of the Business.
Entry into Premises. Without prejudice to Clause 8(j) and for the purpose of taking possession of the Goods in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and/or the Act, the Owner its servants and agents shall be entitled to enter upon the premises or place occupied by or in the possession of the Hirer in which the Goods are located at the time of taking possession.
Entry into Premises. It is the University’s policy to respect each resident’s right to privacy. Where possible, notice is given prior to entering an apartment for routine maintenance and inspection. Apartments may be entered by the appropriate official at any time to respond to emergencies or serious health and safety concerns. The student will not reasonably withhold consent to Willamette University or its designee to enter an apartment/residence in order to inspect the premises, make reasonable or agreed upon repairs or improvements or treat for pests. University personnel and their authorized designee(s) may enter a resident’s apartment without notice for an emergency, maintenance work, health and safety inspections (conducted at least twice a year), fire alarms/drills, insuring compliance with health and safety standards (see M, 8.) or a reasonable cause to believe there have been violations of University policy or state or federal law. By submitting a work order to a University staff member to make repairs in the apartment, the occupant gives permission for Facilities Management and WITS staff to enter the apartment for requested repairs/pest control treatments even if they are not present. Should a vacancy occur in a multi‐bedroom apartment, Facilities Services staff may be scheduled to clean the open bedroom at the expense of the departing resident.
Entry into Premises. Tenant(s) shall not unreasonably withhold consent to the Landlord to enter the premises in order to inspect the premises, make reasonable or agreed upon repairs or improvements or to show the unit to prospective buyers or tenants. The Landlord may enter the premises without consent in an emergency, to post notices, or at any time with 24-hour notice.
Entry into Premises. Should the Supplier, its servants or agents enter upon any premises which the Purchaser has a right to enter in order to perform any work or any obligation the subject of this PO, the Supplier shall indemnify the Purchaser and hold him harmless at all times against all liability, claims and demands on account of personal injuries (including death) or loss of property or damage arising out of the performance of such work and caused by the negligent or wilful act or omission of the Supplier, its servants or agents. The Supplier shall, at its own expense, defend any and all actions based thereon and is responsible for payment of all legal costs and other expenses. In that regard, the Supplier will procure and maintain the same insurances, including contractors risk, workers compensation, and public liability as the Purchaser shall require in respect of any Head Contract and shall comply with the provision of all Acts and regulations thereunder applicable to Occupational Health, Safety Long Service Leave and Conditions of Employment and to all site agreements to which the Purchaser is subject in respect of any Head Contract.
