Common use of Presumptive Eligibility Providers Clause in Contracts

Presumptive Eligibility Providers. Contractors must offer Presumptive Eligibility Providers the opportunity to contract at terms which are at least as favorable as the terms offered to other providers performing equivalent services (prenatal care). Contractors need not contract with every Presumptive Eligibility Provider in their County, but must include a sufficient number in their networks of Participating Providers to meet the distance/travel time standards defined for primary care.
