Common use of Prevailing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Prevailing Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and a schedule attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail, unless the relevant clause of the relevant schedule expressly provides that it shall prevail, thereby referencing the clause of this Agreement over which the applicable schedule is intended to prevail.
