Prevailing wages and labor compliance. If applicable, the Grantee agrees to be bound by and comply with all of the applicable provisions of the California Labor Code pertaining to Public Works projects (Labor Code Sections 1720-1861), including but not limited to those provisions requiring the payment of not less than the specified prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations to workers employed in the performance of any work under or for this Grant. If applicable, the Grantee shall monitor all agreements subject to reimbursement from this Grant Agreement to ensure that the provisions of Labor Code Sections 1720-1861 are being met.
