Prevent Obstructions. At all times take all reasonable precautions not to cause blockage to the drains and pipes in or about the Property and keep gutters gullies and downpipes free of debris. In the event that a blockage is caused as a result of misuse or negligence of the Tenant, his/her family or visitors, the Tenant shall be liable to clear, or arrange the clearance of, the blockage or debris.

Prevent Obstructions. At all times take all reasonable precautions not to cause blockage to the drains and pipes in or about the Property and where reasonable keep gutters gullies and downpipes free of debris and as provided at the commencement of the tenancy in accordance with Clause 2.1 below. Where such blockage is caused as a result of misuse or negligence of the Tenant or any invitee of the Tenant, the Tenant shall pay or be liable to pay the reasonable costs associated with the clearance of the obstruction including loss arising from a claim in respect of the Tenant’s breach of obligations under this clause.
