Executive represents and warrants that he is not under any legal restraint or restriction that would prevent or make unlawful his execution of this Agreement or his performing the obligations under this Agreement and that Executive has disclosed to PMA Capital any and all restraints, confidentiality commitments or employment restrictions that Executive has with any other employer or organization.
