Common use of PREVIOUS MEETINGS Clause in Contracts

PREVIOUS MEETINGS. 5.1 Before any General Meeting or meeting of the Board of Directors of COMPANY, its SUBSIDIARIES or its ASSOCIATED COMPANIES to resolve on any of the matters set forth in sub-clauses 5.4 and 7.4, the PARTIES, called as provided for in sub-clause 5.2, shall meet to define the manner by which the vote will be exercised by their representatives in accordance with the provisions herein.
