Common use of PREVIOUS RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

PREVIOUS RIGHTS. 7.01 Unless specified otherwise in this collective agreement, the terms and conditions of employment of employees in the bargaining unit shall be those provided for in the present collective agreement. It is agreed that in the event of a contradiction between a provision of the present collective agreement and any policy or practice of NAV CANADA, the provision of the present collective agreement shall prevail. 7.02 The Company agrees to consult the Union before implementing changes in terms and conditions of employment not covered by this Agreement.
