Common use of Previously Excluded Casual Employees who have eight or more years of continuous employment with Clause in Contracts

Previously Excluded Casual Employees who have eight or more years of continuous employment with. the employer shall be paid six percent (6%) of their straight time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in lieu of vacation.
