Prevádzka bankomatu. 2.2.1 The Partner represents and assures Euronet that during the Term Euronet shall be entitled to continuously operate the ATM at the Location and taking into account access time as detailed in Annex 2 attached hereto to continuously provide its services to the cardholders using the ATM (hereinafter referred to as "Cardholders") without any interruption, restraint or nuisance from the Partner or third persons.
