Price Adjustment Due to Delay of NEPA Approval. If TxDOT does not issue NTP2 before the later of the 271st day after the Proposal Due Date or the 91st day following the issuance of NTP1, solely due to a delay in issuance of the NEPA Approval, the Price shall be subject to adjustment, as described in this Section 12.1.6.
