Common use of PRICE AGREEMENT TERM Clause in Contracts

PRICE AGREEMENT TERM. The initial term of the agreement shall be from June 6, 2020 through June 5, 2021. The Contract may, upon mutual agreement of the parties, be renewed for up to three (3) additional one-year terms. The primary term and all one- year renewal options shall not exceed four years (Section 00-0-000 XXXX).
