Common use of PRICE AGREEMENT TERM Clause in Contracts

PRICE AGREEMENT TERM. The primary term of the proposed contract shall be one year from the date of award. The agreement may upon mutual agreement of the parties, be renewed for up to three (3) additional one-year terms. The primary term and all one-year renewal options shall not exceed four years (Section 00-0-000 XXXX). The contract may also be renewed for a period less than one full year.
