Common use of Price Information Clause in Contracts

Price Information. a) All pricing information shall be addressed ONLY in the Price Proposal Volume (Volume IV). The electronic version of Schedule B shall be in both Microsoft Excel, Word and a pdf. Electronic version of the Milestone Payment Schedule (MPS) shall be submitted in Microsoft Excel and pdf. Prices shall be provided in whole-dollar amounts in both the hardcopy and electronic version of Schedule B of the RFP and in the MPS. The Offeror shall provide the proposed total amount of construction for each Sub-Contract Line Item Number (sub-CLIN) and include a milestone for the construction bonding fee. Sub- CLIN construction amounts and bonding fee amounts shall be totaled and provided for evaluation of bonding requirements.
