Price Proposal. All Offerors must furnish offer prices in each block of the 'Offer Rate' column (block 14g) for all material subject to offering in the mandatory timber cutting units. If offer prices are entered for the optional timber cutting units, Offerors must furnish offer prices in each block of the 'Offer Rate' column (block 14g) for all material subject to offering, and timber removal will be required. In addition, Offerors must enter a rate per unit in Block 15(e) and a total offer in Block 15(f) for both the mandatory and optional stewardship projects.

1.1. The PAC’s Design Stage Pricing shall be the basis for executing a contract for the PAC’s Design Stage services.
10.6.2. Construction Stage Price Proposal
10.6.2.1. During the Construction Documents Phase, once the types of HVAC and controls systems are finalized, the NMPSFA RM shall request a price proposal for Construction Stage services from the PAC. Pricing shall be for services related to the PAC Construction Stage Scope of Work described in Appendix A of the NMPSFA HVAC and Controls Performance Assurance Program Manual, modified as needed to delete any irrelevant items on specific projects. A copy of the Construction Stage Performance Assurance Activities Matrix, (see example in Figure 2 below), with the NMPSFA RM inserting marks (X) indicating the included activities, shall be included in the request for the PAC’s price proposal. Price Proposal. The Price Proposal shall consist of the SF 1442 and the Agreement, with prices and/or rates indicated for each price element shown on the pricing form included in Section II of the Agreement. Indicate the Base Contract Price, or if no such distinction is made, the Contract Price, in Block 17 of the SF 1442, which must be fully executed by the Offeror. If the Offeror communicates in its proposal any qualifications, exclusions, or conditions to the proposed prices not provided for in the Contract Documents, the Contracting Officer may reject the proposal and exclude the Offeror from further discussions.
Price Proposal. (1) In the Schedule, Section B, Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs, offered prices shall be completed for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) unless the Schedule notes that multiple awards will be made. In that case, the offeror may select which CLINs or groups of CLINs, such as those applying to a specific customer location, against which to submit an offer;
(2) For each applicable box checked below, unit prices shall be formulated, as specified:
(i) Product with no Monthly Facility Fee (MFF). The offeror shall include all fixed, variable and incremental costs to produce and prepare product for Government inspection and acceptance. Include all transportation and shipping costs to deliver the product to the specified customer location if the product CLIN is designation as f.o.b. destination. For this solicitation, the applicable CLIN is PRODUCT CLIN 0001, [ ] (ii) Product with an MFF CLIN. The offeror shall include only the variable and incremental costs to produce and prepare the product for Government inspection and acceptance in the product CLIN. All fixed costs associated with the facility shall be included in the MFF, to include storage and distribution of Government-owned product, if required by the Statement of Objectives (SOO).
