Common use of Price Reduction Provision Clause in Contracts

Price Reduction Provision. The Government reserves the right to periodically review the prices under this BPA with current market conditions to ensure the pricing under this BPA represents the best value. If market conditions indicate that the pricing under this BPA is no longer competitive or the best value, the Government reserves the right to request additional price reductions based on current market conditions. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to request additional price reductions based on increased volume of sales.
