Common use of Price Reduction Provision Clause in Contracts

Price Reduction Provision. The prices under this BPA shall be at least as low as the prices that the Contractor has under any other contract vehicle under like terms and conditions. If at any time the prices under any other contract vehicle become lower than the prices under this BPA, this BPA will be modified to include the lower prices. The Government also reserves the right to periodically review the prices under this BPA with current market conditions to ensure the pricing under this BPA represents the best value and is competitive to meet the intent of the GSA AdvantageSelect program. If market conditions indicate that the pricing under this BPA is no longer competitive or the best value, the Government reserves the right to request additional price reductions based on current market conditions.
