Price Stabilisation. 5.1 Subject to the other provisions of this clause 5, if at any time during the Stabilisation Period (and for so long as) the market price of one Common Share is lower than $7.20, Peel Xxxx (wherever practicable following consultation with CRT and the Company) may (but shall not be obliged to) perform Stabilisation Activities.
