Common use of PRICES AND CHARGES Clause in Contracts

PRICES AND CHARGES. 1. Unless stated otherwise by XXXXX in writing, the prices shall be based on delivery CIP (carriage and insurance paid) to the named place of destination and do not include value added tax (VAT), other taxes and/or costs. 2. If an alteration of or addition to the Agreement is agreed to at the request of the Purchaser, XXXXX shall be entitled to increase the agreed price. If XXXXX does not receive the Purchaser’s instructions in time, the Purchaser shall compensate XXXXX for any resulting costs.
