Common use of Prices for Products Clause in Contracts

Prices for Products. 1.1 The price shall be EXW (Incoterms 2000), including packaging. The prices are valid until September 30, 2010. Prior to the end of that period Supplier shall inform Purchaser giving at least three (3) months notice about price changes becoming effective after such period.
