Product Level Pricing Method (PLP). The Price for a Product shall be a firm Price commitment for a specific time period and includes all Material Cost and Transformation Costs, and shall be set out in Schedule A to the relevant VSHA for the period of time as set out therein.

Product Level Pricing Method (PLP). Sixty (60) days before the expiration of the period of time set out in Schedule A of the relevant VSHA for which a Price for a particular Period is applicable, the Parties shall meet to agree upon the Price for such Product and the period of that Price’s validity and shall amend the applicable Schedule A accordingly.
