Sales Force. The Joint Commercialization Committee shall determine the number of sales representatives needed to carry out the required detailing effort. Each Party, in its sole discretion, shall create a field management structure for its sales effort. Each sales representative shall have a sales territory that allows such sales representative to perform a reasonable number of details within a reasonable geographic area (i.e., without overly-burdensome travel requirements). The effort of the Acceleron and Celgene sales forces in Promoting Licensed Products will be organized under the supervision of the Joint Commercialization Committee as to qualifications of sales representatives and field-based sales managerial personnel and the timing of hiring in light of the then-current Commercialization Plan/Budget; provided that the Commercialization Plan/Budget shall identify the portion of the detailing effort to be undertaken by Acceleron no later than [* * *] months before the planned date of the NDA submission. As a manufacturer we request our dealers to follow strict training protocols to ensure our sales force remains current on all product updates. This person is offered additional in-depth training on Sourcewell and ensures that all contract terms are followed. In addition, dealers also have electric power specialists located in house to work with customers on all aspects of their power generation business. In North America, our dealers employ more than 53,000 people across the machine, energy, parts and service divisions. The dealer sales teams are supported by a network of Caterpillar professionals. Each dealer has in territory support of 5-8 Caterpillar sales/marketing employees. It is the responsibility of these people to ensure that the dealer and Caterpillar are working well together to constantly improve and to adapt to marketplace changes. Beyond the territory experts, the sales and marketing department at Caterpillar is staffed by more than 600 people whose mission is to focus on customer satisfaction. Even more are employed "behind-the- scenes" to ensure industry leading product design, up to date product information, and maintaining the ease of doing business in an increasingly connected marketplace. * 27 Dealer network or other distribution methods. The Cat dealer network is key to the success of our company. Within Canada and the United States, we have more than 800 dealer owned locations that sell and rent equipment. Sales Force. (a) The dedicated SCUSA sales personnel will manage go-to-market programs for the Financing Services as well as any other services provided by third party subcontracts on either a flow basis or application pass through basis pursuant to Section 3.09. (b) The dedicated SCUSA sales personnel shall use Chrysler-branded vehicles for all sales calls to Dealers. (c) Subject to Section 3.09 of this Agreement, the dedicated SCUSA sales force will be aligned with Chrysler’s Business Centers. The sales force shall be able to address all Financing Services, including Dealer wholesale financing, Dealer loans, Commercial Financing, Retail Financing, Lease Financing, Remarketing and Chrysler-provided vehicle service contracts.

Sales Force. During the term of this Agreement, Distributor shall maintain a diagnostic cardiology sales organization, shall provide its sales force and distributors with reasonably appropriate training and support regarding the use of the Products and shall reward its sales force for the promotion and sale of the MTWA Test Module and Sensor Test Kits with such incentives as Distributor shall determine in its sole and absolute discretion.

For parts, Xxxxxx Built Bus dealers and DTNA's aftermarket parts team are the cornerstone of our customer uptime initiatives. With over 800 employees across 10 regional Parts Distribution Centers, Daimler Trucks North America's parts distribution system is positioned to support our customer base across all of North America. One of the primary goals of DTNA's Aftermarket PDC network is to be located so that as many of our dealer orders can be delivered within 12-hrs or less via a direct delivery service (DDS) route. While we are continuing to expand our Parts distribution center footprint in North America we presently able to achieve this goal for over 90% of our order volume for US dealers. * 28 Service force. Xxxxxx Built Buses service team is dealer based with hundreds of technicians spread across our network. Dealerships must meet rigorous annual certification and continuous training requirements so that they are up to speed on the many advancements our industry introduces each year. *
